Setting two racks (trolleys) per time, each time 15,120 eggs;
Every six days, thus 17,640 eggs/week;
Or every seven days, thus 15,120 eggs/week.

FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Skin Insulation Panel
Inside Structure:

Hot-dip-galvanized Racks(Trolleys), Other structures use Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or other kinds of anti-erosion material. Stainless Steel for Option.

Accessory Equipment:
XC-15 Hatcher:

(One XC-15 Hatcher when there is only one setter; According to a ratio no more than 6:1 for the capacity when there are a lot of setters)
Air Compressor:

Supply pneumatic power for egg turning inside the setter(Customer can prepare themselves or buy from us);
Water Supply Kit:

Supply pressure clean water for Tunnel Style Setter(Customer can prepare themselves or buy from us);
Water Cooling System:

Not included in the standard configuration. But it is advised for customers from hot area, in order to prevent high temperature alarm, especially for the Hatcher.
Water Heating System:

Large hatcheries can consider installing this system if the local coal or petrol price is low. Coal burning or oil burning boiler will be needed.
